dc.description.abstract	The overarching aim of the Fairwater Living Laboratory project is to ascertain whether Fairwater, a new housing development by Frasers Property in Blacktown, Sydney NSW delivers predicted sustainability, resilience, wellbeing and commerciality benefits. When completed Fairwater will include up to 850 homes. This report to funding body sets out research outcomes for Year 1 of the three year study for House Performance, Network Demand and Impact Study and Urban Heat Island.
