The aim is to highlight the specific situation and opportunities in Viet Nam and help stimulate discussion among public and private actors on the current state-of-play for coal phase down, by identifying impacts and opportunities as well as opportunities and responses for transitioning coal dependent communities and repurposing coal assets.
